Yorkshire pride, sold as a gift. £1k to £118k months.
A Yorkshire print shop that did most of its trade at Christmas. We rebuilt the reason to buy around local identity and gifting. December order revenue went from £42,222 in 2024 to £118,508 in 2025.

Starting state.
Early 2024. A Yorkshire print business with a strong catalogue and one real season. January and February did about £1,100 each.
The ads sold prints as decoration: this will look great on your wall. That's a weak reason to buy for most of the year. Nobody urgently needs another thing for their wall in May.
What we did.
We started with who actually buys. The strongest customers weren't shopping for interiors. They were proud of Yorkshire, or buying for someone who is: a parent, a partner, a friend who moved away.
So the message changed from decorating a wall to giving something that means something. Creative leaned into dialect, local landmarks and recognisable ranges like the Yorkshire Periodic Table, the pub maps and Y for Yorkshire. Customer reviews about gifts went into the ads, including a customer's own video review, used with their permission.
Static and video creative kept rotating so the account never ran on tired ads, and offers were framed around gifting moments instead of blanket discounts.
- Customer research and positioning around Yorkshire identity
- Gifting-led Meta ads, static and video
- Customer review and UGC creative
- Ongoing creative production and testing
- Gifting offers framed without cutting prices
- Storefront and checkout improvements
“Selling the prints as gifts gave people a reason to buy in more months of the year.”

Outcome.
March 2024 brought in £10,042. December 2024 reached £42,222 from 1,546 orders. December 2025 reached £118,508 from 3,850 orders, up 181% on the year before.
Christmas is still the biggest quarter. It's just a much bigger one now: Q4 order revenue grew from £104,748 to £193,661. The catalogue grew too, with frames, bundles and personalised prints, but the reason to buy is what changed first.
- 109xmonthly order revenue, January 2024 to December 2025
- £118,508order revenue in a single month, December 2025
- 3,850orders in December 2025
